Joseph’s Dreams 2 Who Was Joseph In The Bible? Continuing with Joseph story from where we left off, where Joseph was in prison and two of Pharaohs Chief Officials had come to be in prison with Joseph. The Chief Cup Bearer and The Chief Baker had come to be in prison because they had, in some way insulted the Pharaoh. It is said, that one of them tried to kill the Pharaoh, but it is also said, that they may have insulted the Pharaoh. It could be that they simply burnt his food, no one knows specifically on why it is that they ended up in prison, or what it was that insulted Pharaoh. But they where now in the same prison as Joseph, and being taken care of by him as well. Soon after The Chief Cup Bearer and the Chief Beaker began to have dreams, and these dreams were happening repeatedly. The dreams that they had was a message to each of them about their futures. Neither of them could tell or understand what was the meaning of their dreams, they needed an interpreter of dreams. But by the glory of Yahweh, Joseph was near to interpret each of the Pharaoh’s Officials dreams. “The captain of the guard assigned them to Joseph, and he attended them. After they had been in custody for some time, each of the two men—the cupbearer and the baker of the king of Egypt, who were being held in prison—had a dream the same night, and each dream had a meaning of its own. When Joseph came to them the next morning, he saw that they were dejected. So he asked Pharaoh’s officials who were in custody with him in his master’s house, “Why do you look so sad today?” “We both had dreams,” they answered, “but there is no one to interpret them.” Then Joseph said to them, “Do not interpretations belong to God? Tell me your dreams.”” Genesis‬ ‭40‬:‭4‬-‭8‬ ‭NIV‬‬ When each of them had their dreams interpreted by Joseph, they found out that one was going to live and the other one was going to die. Joseph interpreted both dreams correctly and what he said came to pass. The Chief Cup Bearer was raised back to his original position where he would then give wine and drink back to the Pharaoh, and be back in position as an Official again. But The Chief Baker was deemed guilty of whatever insult he had committed, causing him to be impaled and killed. This is what is miraculous, Joseph did not hold back on doing a task that was demanded of him by the Lord even though he had been in jail for a very long time. He also has been betrayed by being falsely accused of a crime that he did not commit. Joseph did something that a lot of us need to learn how to definitely do every single day despite the fact that life may be difficult sometimes, things may not go our way, and it may not be in our favor. For example we may not get that promotion that we have always hoped that we would get, or after practicing so hard at training for an event, we don’t even get third place. Sometimes things don’t go our way, like we might lose our job or we might have to tighten our belt a little bit more when it comes to our finances. But we should show up for our part just like we ask the Lord to show up when we call on him. We always pray to he Heavenly Father and we always want him to show up but then when it’s our turn; if our emotions aren’t right, if the season isn’t right, if the weather isn’t right, if it’s not a perfect day, we won’t show up sometimes. So we need to make sure that we begin to be obedient to our Heavenly Father and not bail on him when he needs us to do a task because sometimes that task can really be there to help us get out of our sticky situation. This was the case for Joseph, because The Chief Cup Bearer did forget about Joseph after he helped him. Two years later when Pharaoh begin to have intense dreams, Joseph was then remembered. “So Pharaoh sent for Joseph, and he was quickly brought from the dungeon. When he had shaved and changed his clothes, he came before Pharaoh. Pharaoh said to Joseph, “I had a dream, and no one can interpret it. But I have heard it said of you that when you hear a dream you can interpret it.” “I cannot do it,” Joseph replied to Pharaoh, “but God will give Pharaoh the answer he desires.” Then Pharaoh said to Joseph, “In my dream I was standing on the bank of the Nile, when out of the river there came up seven cows, fat and sleek, and they grazed among the reeds. After them, seven other cows came up—scrawny and very ugly and lean. I had never seen such ugly cows in all the land of Egypt. The lean, ugly cows ate up the seven fat cows that came up first. But even after they ate them, no one could tell that they had done so; they looked just as ugly as before. Then I woke up. “In my dream I saw seven heads of grain, full and good, growing on a single stalk. After them, seven other heads sprouted—withered and thin and scorched by the east wind. The thin heads of grain swallowed up the seven good heads. I told this to the magicians, but none of them could explain it to me.” Then Joseph said to Pharaoh, “The dreams of Pharaoh are one and the same. And he said unto them, Hear, I pray you, this dream which I have dreamed: for, behold, we were binding sheaves in the field, and, lo, my sheaf arose, and also stood upright; and, behold, your sheaves stood round about, and made obeisance to my sheaf. And his brethren envied him; but his father observed the saying.” Genesis‬ ‭37‬:‭5‬-‭11‬ ‭KJV‬‬ Joseph was the second youngest son of the 12 Israelite boys, and was highly favored by not only his father, but also God himself. Joseph story actually begins not when he’s born, even though his birth was a victory for his mother Rachel. But his story actually begins with his father Jacob, who is now called Israel, favored Joseph over his brothers. And to show this affection he actually gave Joseph a coat of many colors, and this is where Joseph story begins, with favoritism and an elevation that actually that should have belonged to the firstborn. In the Israelite culture it is very common that you will hear that the first born in every family seems to always receive a lot of the blessings from their parents, and we still do this today. But the Lord doesn’t actually work that way and we’ll see this time and time again where the second born will be elevated over the first born. For example: Kane and Abel, Abraham and Haran, Perez and Zara, and Adam and Yahusha. You can see time and time again that the Lord will choose the next in line over the first. So it’s not a shock that Joseph was actually chosen over all his brothers, and he was destined for something great. Joseph actually had two dreams that he told to his brothers and his father. The first dream was of him and his brothers standing in a wheat field, and they were gathering wheat and making bales of wheat. The wheat of the brothers would fall over and bow down to Joseph’s wheat that stood upright and did not fall down to the ground. This burned his brothers and made them very angry at him because they said are you telling us that you are going to be elevated over us and over the first born. The second dream was a dream that focused on the stars, and all the stars that actually represented his family surrounded his star that was bigger and brighter than all of theirs. And when he told his father about that dream, he also told his brothers. And it made them even angrier at him, and it made them hate him even more. After a while, Joseph Brothers could not find it in their heart to say a kind word to him. “And when they saw him afar off, even before he came near unto them, they conspired against him to slay him. And they said one to another, Behold, this dreamer cometh. Come now therefore, and let us slay him, and cast him into some pit, and we will say, Some evil beast hath devoured him: and we shall see what will become of his dreams.” Genesis‬ ‭37‬:‭18‬-‭20‬ ‭KJV‬‬ But Joseph’s brothers could not stand the favoring that he had on his life. And so the brothers decided to to take their anger and frustration out on their brother Joseph. And they beat him up and threw him into a cistern, not knowing what was going to happen to him. But they soon came to an understanding amongst themselves that they had to deal with their brother, so two merchants showed up on their way to Egypt to do business. They sold Joseph to the merchants for 20 pieces of silver. As time went on Joseph’s brother had to live with the guilt of what they did to their own kin. But Joseph was sold to a man named Potipher, an Egyptian, who was an officer of Pharaoh. And Joseph was added to Potiphers household, and overtime was seen for his many good qualities, that he was resourceful, reliable, and honest. Anything that Joseph worked on or touched prospered, this is because the Lord was with him even though he was sold into slavery. Joseph did very well for himself being in Potipher’s household. He was raised over everybody else in the house and he was given dominion over all things except for Porter‘s wife, because she was a reflection of Potipher. Potipher’s wife seem to have an interest in Joseph in desiring him and wanting him, and she made sure to let him know that. Joseph denied his flesh and told his mistress know that he could not go against Potipher knowing that his kindness elevated him in such a way, that he wanted for nothing. This angered Potipher wife and she tried to force herself on him, and Joseph ran and left his clothes in her hands as he took off and ran away from the temptation. This was a test for Joseph because he was elevated so high that he could have just simply been with her and things would’ve been hush-hush, probably for a while, but instead he kept his honor because

Noah & The Ark Noah & The Ark Story “The Lord saw how great the wickedness of the human race had become on the earth, and that every inclination of the thoughts of the human heart was only evil all the time. The Lord regretted that he had made human beings on the earth, and his heart was deeply troubled. So the Lord said, “I will wipe from the face of the earth the human race I have created—and with them the animals, the birds and the creatures that move along the ground—for I regret that I have made them.” But Noah found favor in the eyes of the Lord.” Genesis‬ ‭6‬:‭5‬-‭8‬ ‭NIV‬ Noah was born during a time when things were rebellious and self-indulging, and no one was looking to worship The Most High Yahweh. We were created and designed to worship our God and serve him with all our hearts. So when The Most High looked at the earth and saw all of the wickedness and destruction that was going around, the Lord knew that he had to do something. He decided that he needed to wipe the earth clean and send a flood to cleanse the earth. But Noah found favor in the Lords eyes. Noah was a devoute follower and believed in Yahweh and his teachings, and also trusted in the Lord. So when The Heavenly Father commanded Noah to build an ark and explained that there would be a flood to wipe the earth, and he was only going to save him and his family. Noah took what was told to him to heart and obeyed, and began to build what would be his family’s means of escaping the coming disaster. So I guess you are wondering why is it that the heavenly father would go through the trouble of sending a flood to wipe out the earth? Well, I’ll tell you.The heavenly Father sent a flood to wipe out the earth because of how vile the earth was. When the heavenly Father looked and he saw that the earth was full of evil, wickedness, and darkness, he knew that he needed to wipe the earth. There was so much killing and murderous intent that people were not looking to the Heavenly Father for his righteous ways anymore. So a few different scenarios happened. One, was that they fell far from the Heavenly Father on their own and they got away from following the Lord and seeking Him and seeking His guidance. In the beginning, whenever Adam and Eve got cast out, they used to give sacrifices unto the Lord and they would be kept away from their earthly desires and would stay with the Lord. Their only desire was to be with the heavenly Father and that’s all they wished to have. So they didn’t distribute the earth. Adam and Eve decided to leave that to the next generation. Well, the next generation definitely distributed the earth. The next generation went out into the earth and created a name, home and since of belonging. They began to look towards themselves, and their own accomplishments in the things that they made with their own hands and not looking towards the Heavenly Father. So then you also had another issue where angels actually came down to earth. Angels began to look and see the daughters of men, and they saw how beautiful they were, and wanted wives for themselves. So about 200 of them came down on Mount Sinai and they began made a covenant with each other.They made a covenant with each other that they were going to go through with what they desired and that they were going to get wives. They did make the covenant with each other and they went out and they got the wives and they married, and they then had giants. Angels and humans were never supposed to mix so the children from them came out as giants! “The Nephilim were on the earth in those days—and also afterward—when the sons of God went to the daughters of humans and had children by them. They were the heroes of old, men of renown. They could not be sustained by humans in their desires and what they had to offer them. Giants were considered men because they came for women, and so they could not go to heaven. They had no place to go after they died, so when they died they were going to be stuck in the earth. These were giants that began to get really big. I think that maybe a human being came up to their knees. Even the giants that David fought in David and Goliath, they were considered small giants. These giants were huge compared to the small giants. The giants began to devour the earth and they could not be sustained by the humans. I think that since they weren’t sustained by the animals because there wasn’t enough animals and food, they also began to eat humans. So the place was full of bloodshed and that’s what the Lord meant by the world was just wicked, and it was vile. And so Noah had found grace in The Heavenly Fathers eyes. There’s so much more that happened during Noah’s time than just the giants, bloodshed and the murderous intent. People were also self indulging and creating false god’s, and they were just partying all the time. Nobody was interested in the righteousness of the one true Elohim. It made them

Adam & Eve’s Story Genesis‬ ‭1‬:‭26‬-‭28‬ ‭KJV‬‬ “And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth. So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them. And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth.” ‭ In the beginning The Most High Yahweh created all of heaven and all of earth, and all of the things and animals to fill the earth. Then he did something miraculous and wonderful, he created Adam and Eve and he created them in his likeness. Before The Heavenly Father created Adam and Eve he created all of the animals of the earth. From the ocean came the all of the sea animal and from land came all of the creeping things. Everything the Lord created he looked to something to create the next thing, but with Adam the Lord did not look to anything but he looked to himself and then he formed Adam. After Adam was created the Lord instantly started teaching Adam, and showing him around the Garden of Eden. The Lord told Adam that everything in the garden he could have, and there was nothing kept from him except the tree of knowledge. Adam was told not to eat of the tree of good and evil and all would be well. Then Adam was given the task of naming all of the animals. This lead Adam to realize something, that he did not have a partner. After he realized this he began to desire a partner for himself, and this is when The Lord puts Adam into a deep sleep. Eve was then formed from a part of Adam, creating the first humans and they were anointed with The Heavenly Father’s covering. And for a little while Adam and Eve lived peacefully in the garden. Genesis‬ ‭3‬:‭2‬-‭6‬ ‭KJV‬‬ “And the woman said unto the serpent, We may eat of the fruit of the trees of the garden: but of the fruit of the tree which is in the midst of the garden, God hath said, Ye shall not eat of it, neither shall ye touch it, lest ye die. And the serpent said unto the woman, Ye shall not surely die: for God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil. And when the woman saw that the tree was good for food, and that it was pleasant to the eyes, and a tree to be desired to make one wise, she took of the fruit thereof, and did eat, and gave also unto her husband with her; and he did eat.” ‭‭ Adam and Eve did not live in the garden very long before they were tested. Into the garden came a serpent to provoke Eve and test her loyalty. And the serpent began to ask Eve about the tree of knowledge. The serpent was actually the devil coming to try Eve and get her to fall to his order. The devil wanted dominion over the entire earth because it was given to Adam and Eve to rule in partnership with The Most High Yahweh. The devil did not want that to happen so he came up with a plan to get them to fall and dis-obey The Most High Yahweh, and he chose to try Eve. What the devil did to Eve is something that we are taught about once you become Christian. The devil likes to question the word to your knowledge and make you doubt in The Heavenly Father, causing you to not trust in him and his word. This is dangerous because it causes a rift between us, his church, and The Heavenly Father. When the devil questioned Eve, she confirmed that she knew that they were not supposed to eat of the tree. Then he fed her a lie saying she will not surely die if she eats of the tree, calling God a liar. The Most High Yahweh cannot lie because it is against his very nature of who he is, all good and all righteousness and evil cannot dwell with him. So when Eve listened to the old serpent and ate of the forbidden fruit and Adam then ate of it too, this is what lead to their fall and their eyes were then opened. Of Corse this lead to them being cast out of the Garden of Eden and they were given punishments, including the old serpent. But the Lord is kind and merciful. The Heavenly Father gave them grace and stayed with them even after they transgressed and hearkened to the serpent. He never left their side and stayed faithful, and made a way for them to come back home. Something that people do not realize, The Heavenly father never saw them as their fall or as their mistakes, he just saw them as his children that needed help. We all need help from The Heavenly Father in how to best follow him, so lets all pray and ask. Mary And Martha Explained Noah & The Ark

Mary And Martha Explained What Is The Story Of Mary And Martha? Luke 10:38-42 (KJV) Now it came to pass, as they went, that he entered into a certain village: and a certain woman named Martha received him into her house. And she had a sister called Mary, which also sat at Jesus’ feet, and heard his word. But Martha was cumbered about much serving, and came to him, and said, Lord, dost thou not care that my sister hath left me to serve alone? bid her therefore that she help me. And Jesus answered and said unto her, Martha, Martha, thou art careful and troubled about many things: But one thing is needful: and Mary hath chosen that good part, which shall not be taken away from her. The story of Mary and Martha is pretty clear and straight to the point, as it is a story about service and what is actually important. Mary and Martha are sisters who live together, and our Lord and Savior has been invited to stay at their house and teach. Martha was the one who actually received the Lord and invited him to their home. The minute the Lord entered into the house Martha got busy with preparations. As Martha cleans the house and prepare food for more guests she looks over and sees her sister sitting at the Lords feet. Now Mary and Martha, even though they are sisters, responded to the arrival of Yahusha in different ways. When Martha sees that the Lord has arrived, she has begun to get busy with preparing and serving for the Lord and other guests. But Mary has responded to the arrival of the Lord by choosing to sit at his feet and hang onto his every word. This led Martha to request for the Lord to send Mary to help her with preparing and serving. But the response that Martha got was not what she expected. This lead the Lord to says that beautiful saying that we all know “ Martha, Martha thou art careful and troubled about many things, but one thing is needful and Mary hath chosen that good part, which shall not be taken away from her.” When Martha saw Mary just sitting at Yahusha’s feet she made the mistake of presuming that Mary was being lazy or neglecting her responsibilities and that was not so. Mary choose a greater surrender and that was to be in the presence of Yahushua. Surrendering to the Heavenly Father and getting into the word is a call that the Lord tells us to do all the time. He tells us to get into the word and meditate on it, when this happens the word gets deep inside of us and transforms us into his likeness. The word is also known as the “living word” because it is known to be alive and transforms the reader. We sometimes forget hat Yahusha is also called the living word, because he his the word of Yahweh made flesh. John 1:1-5 (KJV) In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. The same was in the beginning with God. All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made. In him was life; and the life was the light of men. And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not. Another thing that people don’t realize is that Yahusha was teaching before the crowd came to the house. Yahusha was teaching and talking to Mary and Martha by themselves before the crowed came to Mary and Martha’s home to also hear Yahusha speak. How many times do we miss the Lord speaking to us in our everyday walk because we are so busy with things that have no fruit or value.
